Trump administration seeks immunity for Venezuela's interim president Delcy Rodríguez in torture lawsuit
The State Department asked the Justice Department to file a suggestion of immunity for Delcy Rodríguez, recognized as Venezuela's head of state since March, in a Florida civil case brought by three Americans who were tortured and awarded $314 million.
