Husband charged with murder after royal GP Hannah Cain found dead in Norfolk
Mark Cain was remanded in custody after Dr Hannah Cain, a 45-year-old physician who had treated Queen Camilla, was found dead with head injuries at their Dersingham home near the Sandringham estate.
