Nottingham Forest have parted ways with head coach Vitor Pereira after exercising a mutual break clause in his contract, despite the Portuguese guiding the club to Premier League safety and a Europa League semi-final. Oliver Glasner, who left Crystal Palace this summer, is expected to be named as his replacement.
