The village of El Rocío in Huelva opened its third Jubilee Year on Saturday, August 15, with Bishop Santiago Gómez Sierra presiding over ceremonies ahead of the transfer of the Virgin del Rocío to Almonte on August 19, the first such transfer in seven years.
