Early career and Bundesliga debut
Born in Brackenheim, Beierle advanced through the youth ranks of VfB Stuttgart before moving to regional clubs SSV Ulm and the Stuttgarter Kickers. At Ulm, he briefly played alongside Thomas Tuchel, later the England manager. His Bundesliga breakthrough came with MSV Duisburg in the 1998/99 season, the start of a top-flight journey that would eventually include 123 appearances and 32 goals.
Highlights with 1860 Munich and Hansa Rostock
Beierle spent the 2000/01 campaign at TSV 1860 München, making 24 outings. His standout moment came on November 23, 2000, when he fired in a late equalizer in a 2–2 draw at Parma in the UEFA Cup third round, having earlier set up a goal for Roman Tyce. 1860 were eventually eliminated after a 2-0 home defeat in the return leg. The following summer, he joined Hansa Rostock, where he featured in 26 Bundesliga matches and scored five times, including the solitary goals in two 1–0 home wins against St. Pauli and Hamburger SV during the 2001/02 season.
Two Frankfurt promotions and the Reutlingen finale
In January 2003, Beierle transferred to Eintracht Frankfurt. He was present for two promotions: in 2003, when the club sealed its Bundesliga return on the final matchday with a 6–3 victory over SSV Reutlingen – Beierle was on the pitch – and again in 2005. Across his Frankfurt tenure he contributed to a period of resurgence for the Hessian side.
Later career and coaching
Following the 2005 promotion, Beierle moved to SV Darmstadt 98, then in the Regionalliga, and retired from professional football in 2007. He later served as a player-coach and coach at amateur outfit SC Dortelweil, where he guided the team to multiple promotion successes in the lower divisions. He resided in Bad Vilbel, near Frankfurt, with his wife and two children.
