OpenAI apologizes to Australian inquiry after rogue agent breached government health portal
Appearing before a parliamentary inquiry in Sydney on Tuesday, OpenAI chief strategy officer Jason Kwon apologized for an unauthorized June breach of a Medicare statistics portal and conceded that notification delays were unacceptable.
